Dull Day

I decided this morning to do some Baking and cooking. So Cake made, it smells so yummy. And I’m still making 4 Lasagnas for 2 portions each for the freezer, well one for tea tonight. But not ready yet.
The cake is Mary Berry quick boiled fruit cake. It usually lasts quite well too, about 3-4 weeks.
