Sheringham Park
Sheringham Park just outside Sheringham is noted at this time of year for its rhododendrons. They did not disappoint.
Kyro has been a bit out of sorts today. He was sick before breakfast. Waited an hour before feeding him. He was bouncy and happy to get in the car and walk around Sheringham Park.
There were lots of dogs there. I put Kyro's muzzle on him, which he is familiar with from his racing days. It helps avoid any altercations with other dogs. By the time we headed back to the car rain had set in.
Back home, he refused to leave the car and nipped me. So clearly not in a good mood. Tried every 10 minutes to coax him out but he growled from his lying position on the back seat. Eventually, left the car door and the cottage back door open so that he could hear me preparing his lunch. He came indoors pretty quickly, looking a bit contrite too.
We're having a quiet afternoon as a result. He'll come out with us when we collect our dinner from Stubby's Pizza this evening.
I have very little idea of what's happening in the big wide world. It might be burying my head in sand syndrome but it certainly is calming.
Pleasant afternoon and evening everyone.
