I bought some frozen food in bulk for the new chest freezer. Some of it I will use for bulk cooking so there are ready meals on busy days. I did not dawdle as Luke needed a good walk. I had to find somewhere where he could run off the lead and this involved walking him to the outskirts of the village onto the mountain. Until mid June there are €750 fines for allowing dogs to wander off designated paths disturbing nests and fledglings. I therefore planned the route carefully. I was back in time for the tennis lesson. There were only three of us so it was quite a vigorous workout in the heat. Afterwards there were just four of us at French conversation.
