Magician Quaker?

A grey, drizzly day brightened by coffee with a friend followed by lunch with another friend! In an Arts Centre in Newport, I spotted this character. I have no idea why he was placed by the toilets and a poster for Quaker meetings! With apologies for the bad photograph. I did get some funny looks from people accessing the loos! I thought I should move on sharpish!
