Sunny Sunday in Southend!

Another glorious day, hot, hardly any wind and no work!
We decided to go out for breakfast and thought we would try a new place along the seafront that had been recommended to us. We were out about 9.30am and couldn't believe our eyes, the seafront was heaving with people all the way along and its a few miles! Fortunately where we wanted to go was at one end of the seafront and we knew where we could get parked and walk. Also lucky that we managed to get a table.
I took this shot from the car window with one of the palm trees which caused much controversy when put in (cost) but looks right today! The tide was coming in and it was very still in places giving it different colour.
Did do some work when got back and have booked up a treat for next weekend!
