Special Day

When Matty was tiny, he was introduced to the cary sling on our favorite walk down to Kingscote Vineyard. We don't often do that walk since moving house but DN1 wanted to do the same walk but with Baby Mylo in the cary sling!! Matty was at a party but D2 and Mr W joined us. DN2 carried BM initially as it was really muddy and she's super fit. She absolutely adores Baby Mylo.

We had a really great walk (except the bit where DN1 realized she had left her phone in her car and forgotten to lock it so Mr W went back for her!) and had ice cream at Kingscote watching the steam train pass. 

Then a very magical moment happened when Jasper asked Grandad a question. It's the 1st time he had ever spoken to him unprompted. Mr W can look a bit scary as his resting face is a bit grumpy looking!! But Jasper was very brave. 

We then played at Bella's favourite water spot where we throw sticks into the water. Jasper did a great job of lobbing them in and managing not to hit me!!!!

What a special day.
