An orb in it's universe

A quick macro safari in the garden found this wee orb spider.  Not my normal macro shot of an insect as this one is more about the spiders universe I think than the spider itself.  Thanks for hosting Incredibish this month.

It's been a quiet day here today.  Chicken satay was made, taste tested for lunch and then leftovers put aside for lunch tomorrow, a meal later on and then some in the freezer.  Tick!

A small bit of gardening was undertaken,  there was some reading and then Maggy was taken for a walk.  I was on the lookout for migrating humpbacks but if they were there, they were being very secretive and probably well out to sea as I saw none although I saw their trails so I know they are going past.  I will have to try again in a few days.
