Lakeside this Afternoon….

A very cold morning walk and in the dark because Maisie and I set out from home just after 6.am.
I took Margaret to the Airport before 9.am. She was flying to Auckland to visit her daughter Emily. ( my one and only grandchild). Emily is studying law at Auckland University..
Later in the day I raked and bagged fallen leaves. I took a load to the Green Waste Depot. Then I side-tracked to the lake at the Taylor Dam. There was a flock of Black-back Gulls on the main area of the lake. A few were sitting in a secluded part of the lake. A very pretty area.
