Mexican Tostadas

The weather was way better today than it was Sunday so I had an early breakfast, filled up the coffee mug and hit the road. I drove out to my mom’s gravesite to make sure the flowers I planted for Mother’s Day were still looking good and give them some water if needed. (She always had a green thumb) The rest of the day was checking out a few well known trails for some pictures and then picking up some groceries before going back to work tomorrow. I didn't run across any pictures but was craving beef tostadas today which made for a good shot and leaving me some leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Life is good. [:-)
