Puglian nature

A butterfly, lizard and poppies (extra) before we left our trullo this morning. We drove 2 hrs south and spent a couple of hours on an Adriatic beach.... lovely swim in crystal clear water = 2nd extra). Then an hour drive west to the other coast (of the heel of Italy) where we are staying on the Ionion Sea at a tiny place called Torre Mozze. There is a tower and it is the end of the road (mozze from mozzare = to cut) :)))
We have been here before and love the peace and quiet and beautiful beaches.
