Treat!

This little five year old walked 7k today… and still had energy to go and play on swings and roundabouts!!
A rocky road cake must have given her energy.!

We walked round d RSPB Middleton nature reserve , learning many bird songs.
She entertained us over dinner by retelling us all the Roald Dahl books she’s read.. and read ME a bed time story all by herself.. “ where the wild things are”.. needing help with only a couple of words.
Her reading is really amazing… though apparently her school teacher isn’t matching her reading ability with an appropriate book from school! This really annoys me!

There was a blip meet up today which I couldn’t take part in.. so blip photos will have to suffice.. why do good things always clash!!
