Peonies

I met Pauline at Hilliers Gardens this afternoon. As soon as I arrived there was a heavy shower of rain. It stopped briefly when we set off but started again as we were walking round. It was lovely to see the peonies though, despite the rain they were looking really good. They seem to bloom only briefly so am pleased we got to see them today.
