Peace

A nice lie in was welcome.

The guts were better than yesterday, settled down a bit more and not so much pain. Which was good.

Had a quiet and peaceful morning reading.

Watched the FA Cup Final, Man Utd deservedly beat Man City. Ironic that by all accounts their manager will now be sacked, even though they win.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A peaceful and quiet day
2.  A stomach which was a bit more settled
