Shakshuka

Another overnighter at work, second of the week. They do pay me, no sympathy needed!

Cooking support for a chunk of the afternoon. The person I was with chose the recipe and bought the ingredients, the results were ridiculously delicious - mushroom shakshuka with chorizo, cannellini beans, parsley and feta. The depth of flavour really was quite something.
