New Crops.

When I phoned Andy last night for help with the new mattress he came over right away. The new one was on the bed in no time and the old one is now at the bottom of the stairs. Contacted the council today and they will uplift in on June 10th the snag being that they want it folded. I think I'm going to phone them as Jenny put out a mattress a week or so ago unfolded.. Slept very well on the new one so I think it will "see me out" as my old neighbour Jen used to say.  Tidied up the bedroom a bit and put some laundry through the washing machine. then lay around reading until after lunch  when I drove up to Heatherhall Woods for a walk and to photograph a field I noticed a day or so ago.  There was a lot of water around as it had rained in the night and there were quite a few showers today. Came back and bought ice cream at the bakers then home to the sofa and my book.
