Damsel in Distress

The Damsel in distress is me, not the flying insect you see on the sand. I hate creepy crawlies of any description. There were hundreds of these flying around near the Ogmore river today. It's best viewed large as this was the closest i was going to get to it. J was laughing at me because they kept flying away just as i was going to take the picture. This is not as good as my friend Steve's but hey, he is a bloke. Say no more.
