Cafe Dog

Lucca has come on fabulously since she came to live with us just over a week ago.

So many new sights and sounds and she just seems to embrace it with a chilled demeanour. I’m very proud of her.

She met loads of folks in Cafe Nero this morning and loved the attention. The two female baristas made a right fuss of her. Laura and Ben arrived and Ben had just finished the parkrun with his best time so far - 24 mins.

We walked home, my sinus was very sore - that and my sore glute from over use on holiday proving that I need to get fitter. I am thinking of getting a PT for a while. I don’t want to get a big stechy!

The weather was quite nice - there was outdoor concerts going on in the town centre as it’s the start of the Festival of the Arts.

Laura Dave and Ben arrived for a quick visit in the evening. I used one of these sea water nose sprays to try and clear the bloody sinus. It’s this low pressure .
