My Strawberry Tart

I was on tea and coffee duties today, so I set off early to Mass this morning. It was good to meet up with my fellow parishioners again. We had a hilarious and moving homily from a missionary Verona Father.
The Gilchimps popped round for more coffee, chocolate gingers and gardening advice after Mass. In the afternoon after I’d unpacked more boxes in the garage (trying to find cuddly toys) and a gardener had come round to give me a quote, I headed round to their house for my personal tambourine tuition from thechimp. I’m joining Strumash (uke group) for a concert at Eddleston Church on the 14th of June.
Mazgilchimp very kindly baked me this strawberry tart and yes it tasted even better than it looks!
