Evening Sun.

Was going to post a different picture ... Then while cooking dinner, I glanced up, and this is our back garden. I know nothing about gardening, but to see my plan come together in the evening light was great! It's fleeting with the light, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Cooking dinner is a nightmare, we have bought an air fryer ..... Great, but not as straightforward (IMO) as everyone will have you believe. What with a combi microwave, that's a complicated as hell to use, and then the new tech air fryer, I was loosing the will to live. Wine was a good option to help me, which, of coarse it didn't. I remember doing domestic science at school, and getting a card saying 'Your Mum is poorly, you need to make her scrambled eggs on toast for supper'. Life seemed so much simpler back then!
