Country walk

with a derelict cement works thrown in. I love this walk, straight up one side of the river and down the other. We spotted 24 swans, some of whom may have appeared twice, used the Merlin app to identify skylarks and all kinds of lovely birds singing and just had a lovely time. 
Rib still uncomfortable, though less so when walking so I think it's bruised rather than broken.
