We went to Oxford for the day to celebrate Laura and Yoav’s engagement.

Very busy train, then met Ma at Oxford station, then met Keith and Naomi for a coffee in town. Nice meander through the city (via Merton to drop off some flowers) and along Cowley. Matt’s first time in Oxford so a very nice sunny day to see some of the sights.

Lovely to see Laura and to meet Yoav - and also to see Lale and Oma for the first time in yeeeaaaars. Some delicious lunch and lots of feeling slightly (hugely) like a fish out of water - never been for lunch at a rabbi’s house before!
