St Anne's

A bright, sunny, morning  today on Plymouth Hoe with a fresh breeze. This is a detail of the fishing boat St Anne's moored in Sutton Harbour. The side of the boat has been painted with a view of Plymouth Sound, Drake's Island and Mount Batten Breakwater. Whether viewed as a whole or in section the effect is light and colourful, and introduces an element of confusion and deception.
