Distracted Driver.

Spotted on Oriental Parade today. 
There are always a lot of dogs about on this walk of all sizes and makes but I spotted this and took my time getting closer.
It's been a sunny day with 13c and lots of folk about on a Sunday. and today the original owners of the pot plants (mini trees) in our apartment called and took them away and amazingly they fitted in their car (sorta) 
We were pleased to see then go.....
