Phoenix day

First day of our holiday.

We woke up quite a few times overnight, the air-conditioning in our room was so loud. We turned it off in the end and although it was warm, we got some sleep.

We went off early to collect our car and then went to the Desert Botanical Garden, a lovely place to visit. We saw a good variety of birds and butterflies. See extras.

We went for a drive after and then back to our hotel. We have eaten and will be having an early night.
