Cheese farm

We had booked this visit for late afternoon and it didn't disappoint! We met newborn calves, pregnant cows, saw the milking process and the cheeses as well as watching and getting involved in the cheese making process for mozzarella and burrata. Then an apéritivo with the various cheeses and a glass of rose.
