10th Parkrun Aniversary

We headed to Hotham.park 10th Anniversary.. Theme summer of.love and beach..
Was lovely another fantastic volunteer at parkrun.. top left sylvia she takes.all.photos..2 guys.top.right were fab running round with a speaker playing.circa 2014!.very appropriate..
Then onto.Carnival at.Aldwick and Bognor.. it.was.so.colourful.them flower.power
Silly hubby.ran parkrun.. with said.Hernia...He feels his.mental health affected by not.running.
