Yellow Stage, Eastwood

Today we went to visit my nephew and his family because they wanted us to meet their new pair of kittens. It was a fun time and the kittens are very cute, as you'd expect. They live in Eastwood, a suburb about 45 minutes away by train.

The most populous ethnic group in Eastwood is Chinese which makes for an interesting commercial area. As we just missed a train on the way back we did a walk through a nearby street where I spotted this building. Yellow Stage is a coffee and cake cafe at street level and one can only try to guess what goes on upstairs with that strange image in the window. I wish the sign at the top wasn't covered up. It stirred my curiosity.

The building looked grungy enough to qualify as derelict in my view and the large number of air con units in full view is never a good look.

Thanks for hosting Marlieske.
