Parkrun

After another busy week, I finally got to bed last night at a reasonable time and was up ready for the nearby Parkrun event.

My flight from LCY back to EDI wasn’t until lunchtime so I had time for the very short walk to the start. It was hot!

3 laps plus a final section and I was back at the hotel before 10am.

Not going to be popular back home as it’s the Scottish Cup Final and Rangers play Celtic and I’ll be going to the cricket club to watch my team (Rangers) most likely get pumped. I don’t fancy our chances at all but it is a one-off game so there’s always hope!!
