Maisie in the Firelight…..

Maisie’s favourite place during colder evenings….. on her special mat in front of the fire.
Daughter Margaret is visiting for the weekend. It is lovely to have her here. She has flown over from Wellington. We did some grocery shopping and had soup and bread rolls for tea tonight. The animals all know Margaret. Marigold is sleeping on the sofa next to her.
We have had sunshine all day. A slight chill in the air this evening. The fire is certainly appreciated.
