Charcuterie
Duck prosciutto, Mangalica jamón, brie fermier, olives (garlic stuffed, jalapeño stuffed, and Castelvetrano), and crackers. Wine: Andrew Murray Étrananger 2018.
This was fantastic all around. The wine is a Santa Barbara County Mourvèdre dominant GSM plus Petite Verdot (the last being the "Étranger" in the blend). It is always a favorite. Duck prosciutto is the only household premier, and it has definitely earned future appearances.
