Hawthorn

Spotted the hawthorn flowers are out on my way to the bins.

Another insane day - more tealight making plus sorting out, cleaning and wick trimming of yesterday's makes. Plus packaging of makes from the week ready for this weekends markets (Volksfling - an annual weekend event for VW lovers in Biggar). 

Annoyingly a load (about 200!!) of yesterday's tea lights are needing cleaning up somehow after overspills of wax when my piston funnel broke - have an idea of how I can do this but as yet untested. If it works its still going to be a big job. A few also need binning as wicks too far off centre or they've been dropped and the tins dented. Thankfully, today's makes were all much better, only two (of a about 300) are needing cleaning up after overspill, think that's all potential pitfalls faced now. Moving forward I've got this.

So tired after a bonkers few days, an early night is needed and a very early start in the morning.
