Grey Heron

There were 6 Heron today. My changed route to the bark seems to have contained them. One heron was standing on top of a telegraph pole and flew to a garden but it was no where near the main road. I got them all fed although Jekyll proved a challenge again. The little female (pictured) gets so close, she is very trusting.
At the loch the coots and their chicks swam over as soon as they spotted me. I am thinking they may be a single family of 2 adults and 5 chicks as they all arrived together and the adults seemed to be feeding whichever chick hadn't been fed then returning to me for more.
There were 2 crows.
