Birthday cake for Jonathan

It’s a line from the show.  
Lovely sunny morning and I enjoyed walking through the streets at the start of everyone’s day.  First up to Carnaby St and into Liberty to get a card and wrapping paper, then a cup of coffee before going into the final mix of episode 2.  We gave JC presents and had this cake before lunch as the mix was so good we didn’t feel we needed a full day.  

At 4pm we went over to the office at FCC back at Carnaby St to wrestle with a problem in episode 4.  

Went via the hub to pick up bag, crowds and paps were building up outside the theatre in St Martin Lane ready for the press night of Tom Holland as Romeo.   We had dinner with Jodhi at QW at Clerkenwell.  It was good to see her again after quite a while and she’d been in a big HBO series which we heard all about. 

Buses and trains worked smoothly and we were home by 10pm.  I’ve felt stiff and tired today, more than last night.  

Good to be home, trying not to think about the wet clothes still festering in the back of Jono and Sue’s car.
