Today started well, progressed well…. And then took a turn for the worse.
In good news Grandma is doing well and being moved to a care home tomorrow for some respite care.
In not so good news some friends have work issues. At least I can give friend support even though I can’t change their situations. It hadn’t crossed my mind before that when a general election is called government research stops. Consequently people doing interviewing on those projects on zero hours contracts loose their income as soon as the announcement is made.
