Flowers from my lovely friend and 'boss'.
Tricksy day - she had a nasty migraine, I had sad news of a friend who is suddenly very poorly. 
Support of friends is so precious.
Tomorrow I'm off to visit my eldest sister who is recovering from lower leg amputation.shes so positive and motivated. 
Feeling teary but grateful for everything I have.
