There was no way I was walking to therapy today, the rain was torrential, and still is. Still got so wet from walking to and from the bus stop. 
Stopped under an arch as I was early and was trying to stay a bit dry. 
A good session, learnt a few tips for distracting my mind and she came to the conclusion I am a chronic overthinker. That was no news to me!.
