Sailing BBQ

After a longish race across the Severn Estuary to Wales and back - the BBQ tasted fab.

Shifting winds and a strong tide contributed to a choppy crossing, my stomach muscles are aching now after extended hiking out (hanging your ass over the side of the boat!)
