Sunny Saturday!

The sun has been shining all day! We have been busy soaking it in while playing golf, swimming in the pool, and taking a long bike ride on the trail. I was on the lookout for a cool sign to take a photo of for my July Challenge. I must have passed this sign several times before it hit me that it is one of the signs that people ignore all the time! If you live in Florida or have ever visited, you might know that we have a State Reptile...The American Alligator. Wherever there is a fresh body of water, and we have thousands of ponds, lakes and swamps, there will be a alligator and probably this very sign will be posted next to the body of water. It is amazing that people want to feed this very dangerous reptile. I have had a relative that was bit in the face by an alligator and lived, and unfortunately, a friend's father who did not survive an alligator attack. Knowing how to safely be around areas where alligators are is a must living here. After this blip, no one will want to come and visit Florida:) Come, just don't feed the Alligators!
