Indian heliotrope

Heliotropium indicum- It grows wild behind the chicken house. So delicate and beautiful. Can be toxic to livestock but ours ignore it.
J had a doctor appointment ( checkup) this morning then we took our friend out to lunch. She seems to be coping as well as she can after the death of her daughter. It was good to see her smile. She is very loved and I think realizes it now.
In other news, 3 mama ducks brought up 13 babies today! And who did we catch with one??? BUSBY!! I suspected him with the others. He has never bothered the chickens or any of the birds but I think these tiny things trigger him. So…. Buzz will be on supervised excursions in the yard and on lock down until we return!
We will see if he is the main culprit.
