My brain is fried today.  I have a client complaining about Building Regulations...  non-stop!!!

Then after lunch I headed up to Crieff to meet a client to carry out a condition report on a house they want to demolish to make way for a new house.  It's not n the worst condition but water ingress from the bottom is the main thing.  It's very damp and currently uninhabitable due to mould forming on the damp walls.  We have a good case for knocking it down!

I then had a lengthy call with another client and while I was talking with her my vision was going funny - the start of a migraine but I managed to catch it before it turned into anything.  Just a dullness now.

An early night to be had!
