Wet Webs

I spotted lots of webs covered with water droplets this morning in the wood.
I also saw four grey squirrels, two were traversing the tree tops, but the other two were playing chase on a tree trunk. Up and down and round about, without any idea we were watching. Great to see. Further on a Roe deer crossed our path. It hesitated a bit when it spotted us, then went on its way. Unusually for Shell Bay wood there was lots of small bird song, in particular a song thrush going through its repertoire, sounding like half a dozen different birds.
This afternoon I made a batch of peanut butter and banana dog biscuits and lots of Pawpsicles for Geordie on warm days. (Extra). Just made with mashed banana and yoghurt.
Picked up Maggie after school and we’re watching Monsters Inc.
