A view from a bridge

The Bus Pass Walkers had an extra walker today. As there was no pilates session LD from the village asked to join us.  We walked over Shipley Glen - the roadside leading there was full of Comfrey (extras). Really started to warm up and we were rather hot by the time we reached the Half Moon Cafe in Roberts Park. Coffees were purchased there. It was very busy.  The river view is from the bridge as we walked over to Saltaire village.  Lots of lorries and vans there as they are filming a new Alan Bennett film "The Choral". Caught a bus back to Bingley and K joined us for refreshments at The Loft. Garden bin emptied today so spent the rest of the afternoon picking up the remainder of the hedge clippings - the bin is half full again! Boiler serviced this evening, so another couple of things ticked off the list.
