Bread making day

I do like making my own bread even though I do not eat a huge amount. I rather like the process for sour dough but often an ordinary sandwich is what others prefer. I used a larger recipe for the size loaf tin I had so decided to use the extra dough to make a few rolls to go with our soup which we had for dinner.
