Alfresco again

This photo looks very calm but it really wasn’t.

Work continues to be handover heavy but it’s getting better. My successor is taking more and more on so I had time to do some more clearing in my office. So much paper. As I’ve shredded and recycled tons of it, it’s really made me reflect on my time in the job. With digital and online progress, and with safeguarding and data protection booms, so much has changed.

After work it was a literal dash home to set up for our last Grow Group Social in our house. It’s really upset me actually. A lovely turnout, 17 people, and it seemed nicely chaotic to me. Lots of food and a jolly atmosphere. And great to be able to use outside again.
