Oban on a sunny day,

again.  For an eye test, all is well with time to wander in the sunshine although the drops used as part of the test caused a slight issue in the bright light for a few minutes.

It was good to travel on the Isle of Mull ferry again, plenty of room and I met a cat friend who was off to see Bruce Springsteen, a great chat on the journey over and again coming home with someone I haven’t seen for a long time. The time flew by.

I decided not to rush home, (I always have this need to rush) and popped into the charity shop for a browse, on the way out the view across the water looked enticing and had to stop to take the extra.  It was when I was topping up with fuel in Salen John called to say a friend had just picked up my credit card, I had dropped it when taking the extra photo. I hadn’t yet missed it therefore not in a panic, how lucky was that, anyone could have found it, the port was very busy, it just happened to be someone who recognised my name. He dropped the card off later on. Phew!

A good morning out, clear skies, happy people everywhere, especially here with the CC tucked safely away. The main bf is in Oban opposite our ferry terminal.
