My mum

My mum had a fall earlier this week and hurt both arms, leaving her very incapacitated, bcz she relies on sticks or a walking thing to help her walk. Thankfully she was found a bed in an intermediary care home until she is capable enough to go home (she lives alone in a wardened flat).
It is her 84th birthday in 4 days time, so I gave her her birthday presents a few days earlier. I love my mum very much, and was very relieved to be able to visit her and reassure myself that she was doing OK.
