Gentian

One of the plants I bought for myself at the sale on Sunday, a blue gentian. The flower is about 2 inches across. I will have to make sure it is planted in a sheltered location and will cover it over the winter. I really want to get this one established.

The roommate moved some more things today. The small dresser that he brought here after I gave him notice is gone. His bicycle that he kept in the garage and never used is gone, as well as some plastic storage bins that he put in the garage on the weekend are gone. His door has been closed, so I don't know if he moved anything else out of his room. Only 10 more days.

The travel social group had a potluck BBQ at a park in Bedford this evening. The organizer brought some hotdogs and sausage and a BBQ. Everyone else supplied some salads, desserts and paper plates, etc. About a dozen people showed up. I am starting to get to know a few more of the ones that attend. There is a supper at a local restaurant on Monday evening and I plan to go to that. We will talk more about out trip to PEI.
