EXTRA: 2 weeks ago a huge rain reached the southern city of Porto Alegre and neighbour smaller cities. Surrounded by lakes and rivers, containment dikes collapsed resulting in general floods. 150 people died and 650,000 lost their houses. Rebuild of cities and dikes will last from 1 to 2 years. Similar to what happened in New Orleans. This pic shows an aircraft in the airport that could not take off due to the flood.
