Experiment

Apparently you can freeze omelettes so as we had a glut of eggs I thought I would give it a try. You have to seal them individually in plastic bags then put them in an airtight box. Defrost in fridge. Reheat them slowly in a frying pan.

Very busy day domestically. Tuesday is my cleaning day. But I was very productive. Also cooked an awesome vegan paella.
