Up in the woods this afternoon. She dies like rootling around in the undergrowth and leaves.

A day of basic admin (tidying in other words) and various difficult emails trying to get my head around land registry plans. It now seems that my title (registered) does not seem to exist! I just hope it can be sorted out.
